Mental Block.

My thoughts wait like cars stuck at train tracks. Eagerly awaiting the flashing lights to rise up, like they’ve got somewhere to be.

They sit in a space with nothing but a broken radio. Pressing buttons aimlessly, silence becomes their new melody.

Blind by the false magnitude of their weight, they crash into each other looking for escape. Not realizing it’s them pressing on the brakes.
